MET OUR NEEDS
    
When we decided to buy a second home in Breckenridge, we knew that finding a Realtor would be our biggest challenge.  Because we lived out-of-state, we wanted a Realtor who would promptly provide us the information we wanted, was willing to spend the time to learn what our interests were, and, because of our time demands, would be able to meet with us on short notice and not waste our time on inappropriate properties when we visited Breckenridge.  
   
After contacting several Realtors, it became obvious that Cheryl was the only one willing to meet our needs.  Not only did she immediately respond to our numerous questions and inquiries, but, with less than two weeks notice, she scheduled almost fifty showings for us within the three days we were in town.  During those three very long days, we were impressed by and appreciative of Cheryl's constant enthusiasm, encouragement, and professionalism.  She constantly focused on our criteria and never even hinted that we should settle for anything less.  It was obvious she was interested in making us happy, not just making a sale.
